Step 1: Apply to RVC

In order to obtain the most complete and accurate information for our records, please complete each section of the application using your most current information. After completing the application, you will receive an email confirmation indicating we have received it. There is no fee required to submit an application. Questions? Step 2: Set Up Your Technology

Technology can be scary and frustrating – we’re here to make sure it’s neither of those things. Get ready for the first day of classes by setting up your account.

Step 3: Determine Placement

All new students interested in enrolling in credit classes must meet placement requirements prior to registering for classes. Determine your placement.

Step 4: Register & Pay for Classes

As a college student, you need to select and register for classes each semester. But don't worry, we're here to help you find the right classes for your schedule!

Rock Valley College maintains an open admission policy. There is no deadline for submitting an application; however, it is advantageous to submit it as early as possible to ensure the greatest possible choices of courses at the time of registration. Any students who are applying for a Limited Enrollment Career Program (such as Aviation, Nursing, Respiratory Care, Surgical Technology, and Dental Hygiene) must complete any additional application materials required by the respective department.
